She was wiggling it as she got out of the car at Einstiens on sunday morning and it popped out. She left it for the tooth fairy last night. About 20 minutes after she went to bed she came downstairs in a panic, because she had decided she wanted to keep the tooth. She wanted to leave a note for the tooth fairy telling her so she (the tooth fairy wouldn’t take it).
The best part was while she was explaining this she realized that the tooth fairy might be getting her tooth right now so I told her to go upstairs and watch her tooth and I’d bring the note to her.
The tooth fairy ended up giving her $5 even though she didn’t get to take the tooth.
Here were the highlights…
-Making a gigantic pile of play dough.
-Undressing all of the baby dolls, but still feeling slightly irritated that some of the babies’ clothes are sewn on.
-Pouring her own milk (and mine.)
-eating her first nutrigrain bar (she said, “Mommy, this is so delicious about 20 times)
-Seeing Teacher Megan

Me and Kim a few days prior to our wedding 9 years ago today.
I can’t believe how long ago this was, it seems like it was only yesterday. When we got married we were just two people who loved each other, but over the last 9 years we’ve become a family with two other people whos lives are inescapably intertwined with ours. But despite how much has changed we’re still, at the lowest level, just two people who love each other.
Happy Anniversary Kimberly, I love you.

This is from the 4th of July at the cabin.
