All Mine

We got the keys last night. The house is officially ours.

It’s been raining for the last few days so the back yard didn’t get mowed. It’s pretty tall now so we need to jump on that ‘buy a lawnmower’ task quickly.

Google doesn’t index this site, because I don’t really want people to find it on accident. Occasionally however I really wish it did. This is one of those times. Our realtor was excellent (Erich Sielaff in case you’re wonder). We got this house because he went and looked at it within an hour of it going on the market and he convinced us that we should look at it (Kim wanted to, I didn’t, he called us and told us we should try it so we did. The rest is history). He walked us through each stage of the process, even those he wasn’t really involved in (like signing the title documents, he came to help us but he wasn’t involved in any way). If you’re looking for a realtor in Phoenix I can’t recomend him enough.
